The first day after Kristina's arrival was spent at North Fork. Jared and Kristina wanted a low key day and since it was a weekend day, we weren't sure how busy it would be out in the Copper Basin. This is a quick trip from the house and is a very relaxing way to spend the day.
Jared of course was fishing. While Kristina had a fishing license (thanks to Jared getting it prior to her arrival!), she just wanted to decompress and take in the scenery. Idaho is her happy place and allows her to recover from life.
Great scenery, fresh air, and the sound of water...life doesn't get much better than this!
Of course Indy was taking full advantage of the water. She went swimming, fetching sticks, and just running through it whenever Jared would allow it.
This right here is a happy dog!
Jared and Indy fishing a hole.
Look how clear the water is...perfect riffles!
More stick fetching and swimming!
More fishing...
This is Indy's unstable look!
And of course Jared caught a fish or two...he was too quick to release this one, Kristina wasn't able to get a shot of it.
After North Fork, we headed to Jeff and Tonya's for dinner. It was a good day!
