Jared completely ripped the bathroom apart...see pictures below. All of the ceiling was removed as well, although these pictures don't show it.
Since the toiled is getting shifted to the left (way left) of where it used to be and the shower is getting shifted right a bit and extended, the HVAC will need to be moved WAY LEFT. The plumbing needs some altering too.
The next shots are of a joist repair that Jared did. For some stupid reason, underneath the shower drain, the joist was cut 2/3 of the way through (not real smart). So Jared reinforced it so that it will never be and issue. Look at all of those bolts!
