What is Christmas Day without a great Christmas Dinner?! As usual, Kristina went all out and made Prime Rib -- and boy, does she know how to make a Prime Rib. It is absolutely perfect every time! Of course she makes her great horseradish sauce to go with it. And the leftovers are always great too!
This year though she even got fancier and made Yorkshire Pudding as well. She used the beef drippings from the prime rib and they turned out fantastic! Serve these with some of the GOOD butter and it doesn't get much better than this!
And last but certainly not least, homemade cherry pie from scratch! It was probably the best cherry pie we have ever had!
