It seems that about every other year, we hold the Edmonson Tennis Grudge Match. The last one that we had was back in 2010, and it was held in Idaho (McPherson Edmonsons came to Idaho to spend a week with Jared and Kristina). At that time, Kristina and Maisie teamed up to beat Da-Da and Rhett. This year, Kristina and Rhett teamed up to play Da-Da and Maisie.
Each time we hold another Grudge Match, things become more and more interesting. Da-Da is a very good tennis player; he has lots of natural ability, but he never gets a chance to play regularly. Maisie and Rhett get to play each summer. They take lessons and play very regularly, but then they don't play the rest of the year. Kristina plays tennis weekly, but hasn't been getting to play as much these days because of working so many hours. So the summary is that the kids are getting better and the adults are getting worse. hahaha!

We played outside at Woodinville High School. It was an evening match and the sun was just going down. The temperature was great and there was little or no wind to contend with while we were playing.
