Happy Birthday Jared! He is another year older and wiser -- and did I mention he is the Technology Director in charge of Graphics at Monolith now? He isn't telling enough people, so I had to get involved!
Anyway, Jared isn't having the best of birthdays because he has come down with a cold...but that didn't keep Kristina from making him a birthday cake! Here is her masterpiece! It is a yellow cake with chocolate buttercream frosting -- all made from scratch! And it is only a 6" cake so that we don't have cake for a week after the birthday! It is super yummy!
Since he is feeling under the weather, no dinner out -- just steaks at home! But that didn't disappoint! Again -- those rib-eyes hit the spot! Hopefully he will feel good enough to go out tomorrow -- if not, we'll just postpone until he is better.
