Today was a big treatment day today. Dr. Choy had told us the week prior that this would be tough on Indy. She had to fast the night prior because they were going to sedate her while they administered the drug intravenously. Today was week #4 of the CHOP-25 regimen and that meant Doxorubicin (oddly enough the H in CHOP). She did well with the administration of the drug and it took most of the day for it to happen.
After we got her home, she was a little subdued and wasn't interested in a walk. Again though, Dr. Choy warned us that this might happen. Her appetite was good. So we'll take it day by day.
