August 2013 has now come and gone. Can you believe that we are into the year so far? Fall is right around the corner. The kids aren't back in school yet in Washington state, but most school districts start next week with the colleges starting in towards the middle to end of September.
August has been a fairly warm month with most days in the 70's or 80's. It wasn't quite as dry as it was in August 2012, but for August 2013, we collected 1.68" of rain. Again, weather.com says the average for Woodinville is 0.97", and once again, we received more than their "average". Not that we are complaining, but it seems like their average is always lower than what we actually receive. Oh well...
